Registration Screen

If you've chosen to install a Matrix Homeserver on your server, this screen will allow you to easily create new user accounts. Some operations will require an administrator account be created. If Matrix is not installed, this screen will be disabled.

Note that this screen will eventually be moved behind a more generalized "Feature-Specific Settings" screen which will contain additional configuration screens similar to this one for other software features.
